Postage
Each item is priced individually, these are calculated
at the checkout which is necessary using this shopping basket,
there will however be a maximum charge of £9.00 on multiple
purchases. You will receive a refund for the difference if
your shopping basket collates to more than £9.00 shipping costs.
( This rate does excluded all Pro Bikes which are supplied
direct from the manufacturers and incur a shipping cost of £14.00
per bicycle).
Delivery will be by Royal Mail or couriers depending on size
and weight. A parcel will only be left, by prior instruction
to do so by you, solely at your own risk.
There is free delivery on
all orders over £10 within a 10 miles
radius of Totton, Hampshire which
will be confirmed when an order is placed.
Returns
In order to keep cost to a minimum, refunds will only
be paid on damaged goods in transit, or faulty goods. It
doesn't include incorrect size of bike, so please check before
ordering - see here
Please contact us within 7 days of delivery to report this
and return within 21 days, the postage will be forwarded to
you on receipt of the goods.
Payment
Our preferred payment method is PayPal, if you do not
have a PayPal account and would like to pay by Credit or
Debit card this can also be accepted via Paypal when you
login onto www.paypal.co.uk,
you will require an account name to pay this too which will
be confirmed with your order. To help you

All cheques should be made payable
to Mrs C Goring and
sent to our business address which we will confirm with the
order. Orders will only be despatch once payment has cleared
and you will receive an email confirming despatch.
Please note that all Pro Bikes purchases will be dispatched
direct from the distributors and occur
a £14.00
postage and packaging cost per cycle, which is included at
the Checkout.
Assembling
Please note that all scooters, trikes and bicycles will be
delivered in box form and will require some assembling of the
pedals, handle bars etc. Kiethan Toys cannot be held responsible
for any damage caused during assembly.
